1.本機是以高速進行線材尺寸切斷、兩端剝皮、單端剝皮及半剝的
自動裁線機。
2.使用伺服馬達控制裁線、剝皮等動作，使裁出長度更精準。
3.長度變換及全剝、半剝採用按鍵換方式設定，簡易又快速。
4. 剝皮長度及切刀深度之變換採用微調旋轉方式，簡易又快速。
5.速度可分為四段，可依線材規格設定，使粗線、細線均能穩定生產。
6. 各檢出標準有電線過緊、氣壓低下、氣缸卡住、馬達異常、
計數一致顯示等功能，異常時能自動停機並將檢出狀況顯示於
控制面板上，方便迅速排除狀況以減短停機時間。
7. 最佳特點為調整技術性少，廢線少，調適時間短，
操作簡單又方便。
8. 可選購搭配CL-180分線機，完成排線之分線、
裁線及剝皮等動作，以提升生產效率。

and displaying the inspected conditions

the shutdown time
